Y’all worried about procedural penalties and special teams, which need to be shored up for sure. I’m excited about this defense and what I saw from Shemar James and Jordan Castell. Castell is pretty much RFN back there!

Searcy and Collins played well also.

I saw Searcy balling. Don’t remember Kelby much, but good to hear. Defense is gonna be salty.

There were some bright spots, but they always get masked by the ugly stuff.

I’m gonna just be patient and see how this season plays out.

That true freshman LT got lit up by them. Collins drove him 7 yards back into the QB.

As frustrating as the game was, it sure was nice seeing the opponent go down to the first gator for the most part.

Funny how at about that same time Herbstreit was saying how FL had bigger guys now but not the speed.

I'm excited about some of the younger guys. Hard to believe our new, supposedly more aggressive style of play netted exactly zero sacks. Is Utah's Oline supposed to be really good?

Utah is built around the line of scrimmage. I think they are SEC quality there. It was disappointing that Princely (who we heard so much about in the offseason) did absolutely nothing.

I wish he was allowed to do what Nelson did.

This team is much better than what they looked like in Utah...

Yea the game has changed in favor of the offense. He was everywhere from what I could see.

All that stuff can be fixed. We finally have the talent to compete without cheeseburger Charlie calling the plays.

100% but I do believe Napes should hire an OC. He’s a CEO not a department manager.

I thought we did look a little slow overall tbh. Maybe not slow necessarily, but certainly not fast.

He’s open to it. I think this is the year for him to prove that it works. He says he feels being an OC gives him a better pulse of the team. We will see. I trust that CBN will make the necessary changes as he doesn’t have that ego of Muschamp or Mullen.

We may have to went for size on the line in the portal. I think we have enough speed with some of the HS recruits that can make it look better.

I really think if the offense doesn’t improve this year, CBN will get a real OC.
