The emails became known on March 2nd. Two days later they were subpoenaed by the Benghazi committee.
At that point, the order to "decommission" should have been stopped since they were now part of an investigation.
Then they go above and beyond and bleach the drive even though it was well known the committee was expecting the emails.
    That is not cooperating.

Anyhow, Hillary handing them over absolves the fact that she knowingly held high-level information that is classified on a personal computer? They know for a fact it was hacked multiple times.
I guess crimes are okay as long as you "hand" things over now lol.

Look man, I said her story was plausible. It's well documented that she requested the server to be decommissioned prior to whatever date the server was subpoenaed. She may have assumed the data had already been deleted, as she had already requested, and didn't notify the company maintaining the server. If you don't believe that, who cares? It's irrelevant anyway because Clinton was never required by law to hand over her personal hardware and personal email to Republicans, if it hadn't been erased, she would have fought it and won. And now, because of Trump, we know that congress can't enforce subpoenas against the executive branch, anyway.

But your last sentence shows how much you don't understand about the law. All she was required to do, under the law, is hand over her government related emails, which she was allowed, under the law, to sort out herself, and given no legal time frame in which she had to do it. So she completely complied with that law. The question always was whether or not the low level classified email on her server were a crime. Comey said "no" because it appeared to be unintentional and she complied with requests to secure them once they were discovered.

Compare that to Trump ... for all the reasons I listed above, he apparently had documents classified at the highest levels, and showed his intent was to keep them, hide them, show them to other people, lie about them, and show little to no cooperation at helping the government secure them. Night and day difference, and you know it.

Edit ... also ... FBI: No evidence Clinton server hacked despite Trump tweet | AP News ... so stop making things up.

I believe it was part of her CONCESSION SPEECH. o_O
I think the gist here is that it would be American's deciding, not states. What does it matter where the votes are concentrated? With the EC, your vote don't mean squat if you live in a state that trends the opposite of what you vote for. I didn't vote for Trump, but FL's EC votes went for him.
This guy has a goal of overtaking Fee for the title of Bacon Man.

Concentration matters in a country as large as ours geographically. Otherwise lets just get rid of states and let the country vote on everything.

Exactly how a nationwide election should work. That's how it works in every other democracy.

This is where the semantics of democracy and constitutional republic actually matter though. The FF's didnt create a true democracy for a reason.

Otherwise, just do away with state laws.
Just federal laws would exist in a tru democracy.

    Slippery slope argument.

FFs did the EC to placate the slave states. That concession is no longer needed. It's now like building telecommunications laws with concessions to telegraph companies.
