Sure, and Norvell makes 37% less than Napier today. As an alumni and non moron business professional myself that disparity between performance and pay is concerning when we can see comparitive results in real time on the field.

That's my point really. The UAA seems to be just flailing around and throwing lots of money at unproven hires rather than giving unproven coaches lower salaries with the proven ability to earn more with success. At this point should Napier make mild improvements he still won't deserve a raise if you look at comparable coaching salaries vs achievements.

He's making top performer money while having never been a top performer and actively not improving.
