That was the dumbest half of football I’ve ever seen in my life.

 

Well we got the victory formation down

 

Missing AR. those that criticize him are now seeing how much he covered up with regards to our deficiencies.

That was a humbling half.

 

A lot of hate on Mertz….sorry but the O-line sucks and we have a coach who’s still wanting to run the offense like we have AR back there. Mertz is not great but he’s not the problem.

 

I was really hoping ( and still am) that we had hit rock bottom. Give us some hope dammit.

 

Other than the first play of the game, I think you’re right.

 

Defense has been ok outside of the opening play. Special teams blunders, offensive penalties and really vanilla play calling are the real issue.

 

So we spent a timeout just to take a knee? I think Billy is gaslighting us right now.

 

That was one of the worst stinking halfs of Gators football I have ever witnessed.

 

Well, if we had a delay penalty, we may not get in the locker room down 14.

Okay, that is all I got. Sorry.

 

How does that uniform penalty happen?
Does the guy who is not number 3 know he should not wear number 3?
Who gave him number 3 jersey anyway?
Where is the jersey for the guy who does not wear number 3? What did he do with it?
Why did he remove his normal jersey?
I know Napier has hired many, many associates for various tasks; is there not a few who count the players running on the field, making sure no more than one player wears a certain number? I’m pretty sure I could do that and would offer to do this for free.
The game is shockingly embarrassing but if the Jaguars can come back from 27 zip in a playoff game, it is possible we could. Not probable but statistically possible.

 

As many mistakes as we made everywhere it is amazing we are in a 2 score game, it could have been so much worse if not for a couple of dropped passes, then again without some of our terrible mistakes we could have been tied or ahead, call me crazy!

This team plays depressed.

I don’t think it’s as bad as it looks. We just need to put it together and play confident and with a purpose on offense, and everyone does their job on defense.

I can hang my hat if we play clean and we lose to a better team. Just stop the blunders.
