Some of the passes were bad, but the rushes make a huge difference. For example 0 for 4 but with 4 rushes for 40 yards is decent to me. 5 YPP
Rushing won’t make a qb, it’s a bonus but passing always has been and always will be the primary factor in success. Top passers are top qbs, it’s really simple.
When the season starts that’s when he will actually see real defenses. Everything is very basic right now. Coverages get very complicated. It’s going to be a rough year
If they get better at passing, they might win one. If they don’t,, after 30 they will be looking for new jobs. The top rushing qbs have never won a Super Bowl. Think that over.

Very few if any really can continue to rely on their legs and stay healthy. Andrew Luck is a good example of having the talent but by his own choice took too much punishment. Rodgers had legs but used them sparingly and did last. There’s a reason rbs last less than four years on average. Qbs can outlast everyone if they can learn to protect themselves. Tua is one right now that can play for years to come if he can learn when to live another day and not expose himself. He’s more valuable with 2nd and 10 than out of the league in tge next couple years.
