That replay of the Utah game was great. No Richardson, but I like our chances. We have some new and capable playmakers this year to take up the slack in the receiver group. Three great backs, Bordingham. Our "D", I hope, can get some penetration. These Utah guys are legit, but I'm Gators all the way! Rising is a threat, but can he run like last year? Mertz won't run either so that's a wash, right? The Gator "D" should be the difference!

I guess we'll know in a week and a half!

This season will be rather refreshing. No serious expectations leading to serious disappointment, closely followed by the inevitable finger-pointing. I'll take each game as they come and watch this young team learn and grow. With luck, they will become a finished team in 2024 and return us to ranked status. If we do that this year, it is all gravy, and even more momentum for 2024...

ESPNU is replaying Utah at Florida... right now.

 

People perceptions of the game seem like we won handily. We would have lost if their tight end didn't fall down in the end zone.

 

Florida vs Fsu after that....Don't think I want to watch that one....

 

It looked.........desperate, at the end.

No worries, by the start of the 4th this year, the stadium will begin to clear, come Thursday the 31st.
