    I'm no lawyer but I think that's what "the trial" is for.

    That is exactly what trial is for. And the media narrative has convicted Trump before the trial…

    The precedent being set is not good. Now if they have an air tight case. The precedent is fine and Trump gets to go to jail. But that is not how this appears.
