    A Gator freshman, Parker Bell, is in the final sixteen and is currently leading his match. I hope I don’t jinx him. He is from Tallahassee and grew up in a family of staunch fsu supporters. I have known his uncle since second grade. Let’s give a big shout out to Parker! Go Gators!

    Parker won again today in 19 holes over Ben James, last season's NCAA freshman of the year. Onto semifinals!!

    Unfortunately, Parker lost today 3&2. He was ahead by 1 early and his opponent tied him on the eighth hole. The match seemed to turn on the ninth hole when Parker’s par putt to tie the hole did a 360 around the hole and lipped out. His opponent had a sterling 28-2 record in match play going into today’s match. Great effort by Parker and I think he will be a stud for us this upcoming season

    Fred Biondi featured on CBS now with video highlights and interviewing regarding poor performance on Korn Ferry. Will now have to requalify via Q school. Looks like mental aspect of game started to wear on him.
