Irrefutable evidence could have been presented in the courts. What he has is videos of boxes being moved around, Italian satellites and signatures slightly off from their registration cards. No one has ever explained how the Dems were so slick to flip the presidential election but didn't bother to do the same thing to give themselves a solid majority in the Senate.
