Most of the state statutes which create an exception for rape, incest or maternal health are written in a way to make it impractical to use the purported exception, by placing very high practically insurmountable obstacles.

Plus, the exceptions are hypocritical and thrown in for purely political purposes. If you think abortion is murder, then there should be no exceptions. Own it.

Then you should understand calling this a women's right, it her body, is a false statement. It is only her body when people like you decide that it is no longer her body her right. I agree to limit it after a certain point, but I also don't try to argue it as a woman's right, it's her body

You can call them silly word games all you want. Fact is the democrats have been very good at trying to change the definition of words. Words have definitions period. If you are pro-abortion with limitations that is fine and probably where most people fall but you can't call it prochoice! Just like on the other side if you are prolife then you can't say, well there are these exceptions, either your pro-life or not! Not that it matters but I struggle and would consider myself prolife, but reality I am pro limited abortions. Any law that reduces the numbers is a good thing period. If that is 20 weeks, 14 weeks or 6 weeks, any of those will help reduce the number of abortions and that is a good thing. It is a baby that is being murdered and the argument should be on when it turns to a baby and not a blob of cells.

Well, you can argue whatever makes you happy, that doesn't make you correct. Again, I think most people understand that no "rights" are absolute. By your logic, nobody would have any "rights" because I can probably name an exception, or several, to anything that you think is a "right" off the top my head ... so let's stop trying to pretend this is some unique and amazing "gotcha moment" for you.

Who is trying to make it a gotcha moment??? I'm just saying all the $hit about her body her right is BS!! It's only hers until you say it isn't, if that is how you feel, and I think most of us feel that way then own it. Don't call it her body her choice. That is just some BS to get the stupid to play.

no, if the fetus is not sustainable on its own, it is part of her body. if it can sustain on its own, it isn't part of her body. why is that so hard to understand?

you talk about the importance of definition or words, yet you have misused baby and murdered. It is not a baby, and legally it is not murder, whether you think it should be or not.

The common meaning of “Pro choice” is you were in favor of Roe v. Wade and whatever freedoms and limitations it granted. You and Lawyer playing dumb word games to try to redefine what commonly known phrases means is pretty pathetic…. “If you don’t believe a kindergartener should be allowed to buy a RPG, then you oppose 2nd amendment rights”…. There, see how dumb that sounds?

Of course, this now has a right wing conspiracy ... about 20 voters were delayed at a single polling station due to a system glitch... So, of course ... "election fraud" ... lead by Kari Lake.

"What was lacking were any contextual facts, like this was: -- 1 polling location (out of 34) in 1 city; -- in 1 county of 88 counties. -- That maybe 20 voters here had seen their ballots delayed," Kosar tweeted. "That the town isn't a MAGA town. That the county's elections are overseen by a Republican. That Ohio's elections are directed by a Republican who campaigned for Issue 1, which would amend the state Constitution a& make it tougher for an abortion referendum to pass this autumn."

Lake, the failed Arizona gubernatorial candidate, likely Republican Senate candidate and possible Donald Trump running mate, retweeted Holden's video to her 1.4 million followers and rolled the context-free report into her conspiracy theories about elections in her state.

"Looks like they took a page out of the Maricopa County 'selections' playbook," Lake tweeted. "Today is Election Day in Ohio and the machines don’t work. The swampy never-Trumper Ohio Secretary of State was too busy running for another office to do his job making sure Election Day runs smoothly. Reminds me of the jackasses who run Maricopa County elections when they sabotaged Election Day to stop the will of We the People. Wake up America."

Election deniers inflate Ohio polling glitch into another 'fraud' conspiracy thanks to reporter's tweet (msn.com)

Another “bug” the power-brokers of the moment worked in to protect themselves.

I am anti abortion so I will never have one. Let those who can get pregnant make that decision for themselves with their doctor.

Yes, you are right. I saw Kari Lake and Maricopa and thought this was about voter fraud in Arizona. My apologies.
