All true. The funky thing here is that the entire situation is nutso uncharted territory. Me, I can't rely on that 97% as predictive and won't be wagering any money on a conviction despite that no doubt the govt has him dead to rights.

Don't mind him. Okee is willing to defend Trump no matter what Trump does. No matter what you say Okee will figure out some convoluted logic to make Trump look like the good guy

I have no doubt that you are correct. The core of the Maga cult actually believes that Joe Biden was assassinated, and that the Joe Biden running the country is either a clone or imposter, they switch back-and-forth, and then Trump is running the country from an underground shadow government, and controls half the military. And somehow JFK Junior and Hugo Chavez are both still alive and doing something in the conspiracy. I never know whether to laugh or get the sedatives.

My prediction is: If Trump is elected President, Biden will commute any sentence or pardon him for the federal offenses.

You're close. That would be the smart move for Biden to do early next year, before we get too close to the election. By doing so, he would eliminate a lot of animus towards himself and it would take some wind out of Trump's sails. It's a win-win for Biden. He would look like the "bigger person." It's not outside of his wheelhouse and I agree a Biden pardon of Trump is more plausible than people realize.

Another non-response. You haven’t countered a single thing I’ve said. You haven’t offered a single piece of evidence that Trump is innocent of a single crime that has been accused of. What is your point?

You don’t have a single piece of evidence he is guilty. But no surprise you are a guilty until proven innocent guy if you don’t like the person. Fits your ridiculous posts here!

You don’t get out much, then I guess. Have you literally ever watched Comedy Central? The daily show? Any political comedy show? Because they all do man on the street interviews with Megas practically weekly. And everything I claimed in this post you said is the dumbest thing ever, is quoting the majority, the VAST majority of mega cult members interviewed on the street. YouTube everything that I typed in that post. You’ll find multiple interviews claiming these things.

So if it is, in fact, the dumbest thing you’ve ever read, you’re saying it’s because Maga supporters are the dumbest people alive. That’s my translation of what you’re saying, if I understand you correctly.

I don’t have the evidence? I’ve seen Donald Trump commit felonies on live television. So has the vast majority of the world. We saw many of the crimes in the indictment documented by news organizations. A huge portion of the evidence for the January 6 indictment, as an example, was, in fact, presented to the public by the January 6 committee. So yes, I do have the evidence, and so do you. You just stick your head in the sand because you don’t wanna hear it. You stick your fingers in your ears, stomp your feet and scream to drown out the facts, because your gelatinous orange god is about to go to prison for all the crimes you knew he was committing the whole time, but pretended not to know.

Is this who we really want to be? We want to be the people who threw a 78 year old man, who just happened to be POTUS, into federal prison to rot and die?

Guarantee you Biden pardons him. It's the smart move. He will say the 91+ felony counts are enough to send the message and we need to "heal the divide in the country" or something to that effect. Biden also knows deep down that we would lose respect around the world if we threw a 78 year old man, who happens to be the leading opposition candidate, into prison to rot and die.

Do we really want to be the country that lets politicians commit ... what did you count ... 91 crimes(?) ... and get away with it?

Let me remind you real quick here, this is same guy that started "lock her up" chants his rallies, and told Hillary at the debate that if he were president she'd be in prison, so I have to assume from that even Trump (and the people who chanted) agrees with and supports the idea that high ranking, elderly, politicians can be sent to prison ...

It has nothing to do with the fact that he "just happened to be POTUS".

If a jury finds that he's guilty of the crimes he's accused of and the jury recommends incarceration . . . yes. Criminals MUST be held accountability for their crimes in a system based on law and order.

Remember law and order? Probable cause? Trial by jury? Can't do the time, don't do the crime?

(I'm curious what personal insult you'll use this time.)

As you well know, no one has abused the presidential pardon more to release fellow criminals than Donald J Trump. He will be sure to pardon any and all scumbags who remain loyal to him personally, no matter what crime that scumbag has committed against the US, the Constitution or the American people.
