The most logical explanation is that the draft indictment was posted in error and was removed from the website once the error was discovered. It was removed because it was in fact a draft document and not the actual indictment. Mistakes happen and they're not conspiracies.

You seem to be answering your own question--they would remove it quickly so as not to sway a jury (and also not to create an upheaval in the media). Nothing else squares with the notion that it was deliberate. And how would a GJ be swayed, other than in the abstract?
