A Trump supporter telling people to take the blinders off. Sometimes projection is just too sad to be funny.

That's not an indictment, though .... Looks like a list of charges that Trump is facing that the grand jury will decide on ... shouldn't have been made public, but to call it a "fix" is nonsense. The grand jury still has to decide.

What does string theory say about this. Have others read the writings on your walls? Certainly amusing

Personally still more concerned that the former President may have committed these crimes than someone jumping the gun on publishing potential charges.

These jurisdictions with their indictments just won't listen when Trump says "I've done nothing wrong." How many times does he have to say it?

It’s called jury tampering. They haven’t convened the grand jury yet and are flying through the witnesses. How can you have a detailed indictment like this before you’ve convened the grand jury?

Trump is about to get hit with some various serious charges. In this case even right wingers know that the accusations are most likely true, but they will figure out some way to spin it. It's time to stop pointing the finger at Biden when everyone knows that Trump did it to himself

If the charges are sticky, there’s no reason to leak the indictment before the grand jurors vote on it. In fact, you could make the argument this is the Fulton County DA sabotaging their own case by design, because they don’t really want to convict him. That’s how irresponsible this was.

How can you have an indictment ready without a grand jury?

Have to give it to you. You mastered the ability to spin the story and must be very dizzy

from what I can see this is not an indictment. Its heading says Case Information. The indictments I’ve read give much more information about alleged crimes and are longer than 1.5 pages.

How can you have a list of 13 specific felony “charges” without a grand jury? We are supposed to believe this was posted by mistake, so you’re not seeing the final product.

I dunno and neither do you. It’s “Case information” - maybe an aid for the GJ or an internal document for Willis’ office as a summary of crimes they allege? But doesn’t read as an indictment and is not so labeled. I reserve the right to be wrong.

Someone at the clerk's office could have just jumped the gun. I'm sure they have the list of charges ready that the grand jury is going to vote on today/tomorrow. It should of course only be published if the grand jury agrees. Odds are much higher this was a screw up as opposed to some strategic decison.

So the grand jury can have a list of charges to consider? I've never been on a grand jury, but I would think that some potential charges in writing might help.

It's probably a list of the charges that is up for consideration... hopefully the Grand Jury indicts on all of them, and Trump spends the rest of his life in prison. An ex-president dying in prison would be historic.

You call that a "detailed indictment"? Can you point me where the details are, or even explain how it's an indictment?
