Well, I'm surprised that anyone would prepare or draft a document before it's actually needed.

Having the incumbent fomenting outrage and inventing official wrongdoing in an attempt to overturn an election he lost is pretty much the definition of Banana Republic in my view.

 

Now it looks real.

 

I don't have access to the docket but see that Reuters reported that it went up and was taken down. That article reported that the Clerk's office advised that court no documents had been filed on Monday related to the grand jury and referenced a "fictitious document that has been circulated online" without specificity. Weird.
