What is amazing to me is that even with the little bit of info we have, the facts are already apparent that he is guilty of everything he has been charged and more. Documents case, they have him on tape talking about a document that he hid and they found much later along with proof that he ordered tapes erased and boxes moved. Jan 6, they have the attorney memo laying out the exact fake elector scheme they tried to run along with every member of his cabinet and VP that all told him he lost and there was no fraud. Georgia, recorded phone call asking to change results along with testimony from multiple republican georgia state officials to go along with proof that team trump was behind objective to take voting machines. There is jsut so much documentation of his crimes I see no way he gets off on any of them, let alone all three, unless he just dies or becomes crippled before they finally exhaust all their delays and appeals

Attorneys for veterans of Trump’s post-election activities like Rudy Giuliani and Kenneth Chesebro — both of whom have been identified as among the six unnamed “co-conspirators” in the most recent federal indictment of Trump — are now casting blame towards others on the campaign’s legal team or people close to the then-president. Giuliani and his lawyer are now openly trashing and blaming the “crackpot” alleged activities of Sidney Powell, another lawyer who worked on Trump’s post-election efforts. On top of that, Chesebro, the key architect of Trump’s fake-electors ploy, is now trying to downplay his involvement in the effort, spreading the possible blame and criminal exposure elsewhere.
Not to mention the dozens and dozens of Republican witnesses, including a few who actually served under Trump.
Any attorneys here happen to know if a judge in one case (Jan 6th) can reprimand a defendant for witness tampering in a different case (GA election interference)? Or does the tampering have to be specific to the case that judge is overseeing? Pretty wild that we have to ask these questions related to a former President of the United States.

According to the NY Post, Georgia prosecutors mistakenly posted, then deleted, their future docket showing Trump faces multiple charges including racketeering and conspiracy. A two-page docket briefly posted and then removed from the Fulton County court’s website showed the 77-year-old former president facing charges including racketeering, conspiracy and false statements, according to Reuters.
just a personal recommendation, I guess. One silver linign is that it seems that fewer and fewer people are willing to get radical for Trump after they saw him leave everyone from 1/6 twisting in the wind and even the proud boys leader turned on Trump.
When they take his mug shot for his RICO criming etc will he have to stand in front of a height chart? Can we get him on a scale as well?

i think that mroe and more people are realizing that the emperor has no robes and are turning their back, less likely to be incited to violence for the fraud. At least I hope so, they might still vote for him but they won't fight for him.
