    Ray, you are an inspiration! I feel a positive shift. Post, smile, praise the Lord. Woo-hoo!

    I suppose accepting our current states is important. (I'm accepting, that is after a brief period of grumbling, mumbling and being grouchy) My truth isn't always pretty. But I sure have a lot to be grateful for, and I try to remain grounded in gratitude. I find my serenity is directly proportionate to the amount of gratitude I can muster up on any given day. Today I choose to be grateful.

    It feels good to pray and pull for my brothers in need.
