No. The starting QB, Dale Dorminey, suffered a knee injury like a week or two before the start of the season (Miami game) in Tampa. KB was 5th on the depth chart at that time. Pretty certain no other QBs were injured. Galen Hall felt like Kerwin had the best grasp of the offense, and that allowed him to make the leap to QB #1.

Edit: I was incorrect about the timing on Dale’s injury. He went down 4 days before the Miami game.

 

Galen Hall… I could go on for days about him. He got screwed by ncaa. Thanks for the memories, dude.
