This is just not accurate of their position. Where are posters claiming they like abortions and are encouraging others to have them?? Their claim is the woman should have the choice. Their position isn’t “yes, they should get abortions.” Hence why they claim “I’m pro choice”. There is a difference in meaning between “pro choice” and “pro abortion”.

everyone is pro choice. That means nothing. What is the choice between? That is what matters. Do you call the people who choose to support Donald Trump pro-choice?

Everyone knows the decades long use of pro-choice as part of the abortion debate.

    Be a better troll.

No more than anyone would call you "pro-choice" for choosing to be insufferably pedantic or choosing to restrict women's rights over there own bodies.

Exactly what kind of law to you practice? I would guess something transactional, as I have a hard time imagining many judges would put up with your schtick on Too Hot if you used it in their courtroom or chambers. But your arguments are also fairly theatrical which lends itself more to litigation, so I'm genuinely curious.

Why are you so against abortions? You don't seem to have those Christian values which guide us toward tolerance and kindness for those out of the womb.

Proof, "counselor"? You don't get to come into my courtroom and say something is a fact without proof of it.

Reminds me of a speech a Democratic National Convention. If I recall it was the 1984 convention, the speaker was either Ted Kennedy or Mario Cuomo and the phrase was "to a lot of Republicans the right to life begins at conception and ends at birth".
Along the same lines I'm not sure how a political party the calls itself "pro-life" can support this legislation:
Republicans want to cut food assistance for 5 million low-income babies and parents

Those that are “pro life”, especially when it involves the most strict abortion laws, think a woman can’t legally choose to have an abortion. pro choice - she legally chooses to keep or abort.

For decades children have been trafficked for sexual crimes. Does the decades of abuse suddenly make it right?

You hardly ever hear republicans touting "family values" anymore. Even they, who usually don't recognize their hypocrisy, recognized they really didn't believe in them. Cutting food assistance and vetoing even partially paid maternity leave are example of anti-family values.

These amendments are ridiculous. Congressional Democrats don’t have the balls to put it to a vote so they manipulate states they want to control.

Did you mean to say “Democrats”? If so, I’m not following. (Sometimes I feel like Red Skeleton dodging the little birdie.)

Look, if you are against a woman having a choice you are anti-choice. If you favor a woman’s right to choose you are pro-choice. That’s just the way the English language is correctly used.

Most Judges love me. A few have threatened me with contempt when I have asked them to. Never been lucky enough to get a judge to bite. They always back down. When I used to keep track of my/my attorney’s results 1998- 2012ish, I/we were at 93.6% of winning judgment through trial and Motion practice on about 1400 verdicts. I personally have somewhere around 80 trial verdicts. Maybe I lost 10, don’t really know any longer. I hope I was able to satisfy your curiosity.
