Good ole city nerd. You seem to have a graph/chart for everything.
    Weirdo.

DeSantis did beat the crap out of a D, kind of like Scott Walker did three times in Wisconsin or one of his predecessors (Jeb) did twice in Florida although giving DeSanctimonious some credit he did beat Charlie Crist by a larger margin than Jeb beat his opponents. Meatball Ron will almost certainly follow them into political oblivion although I guess he may still have a lucrative future as a Fox (not really) News commentator. I fully expect Newsome to destroy DeSantos in a debate.

Well, when you look at who handled Covid better, that's a slam dunk in DeSantis's favor(lockdowns, school closures, all age mortality). Which state is number 1 for Schools? Hint it's not California. Which state is seeing people leave and which state is number 1 in people moving to it? Unfortunately that's an L for Newsom as well.

I dont think that is the burn you think it is. I mean, finding a relevant data visual is a bit harder than finding an irrelevant meme.

Wasn’t meant to be an insult. Take it easy and maybe try some sensitivity training.
Also…leave the gifs to me. You’re not very good at it.

    https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/...the No. 1 state,eight of 10 education metrics.

    Scroll down to:

“Basically, somebody just called Florida pretty,” he said, “One of the problems with politicians endorsing these rankings is that they're misleading the public. They're suggesting that these rankings are providing real information about the quality of education when in truth they're not,” he said.

In response to questions about its methodology and metrics, a spokesperson from US News & World Report sent us the following statement:

Florida, the No. 1 state overall in the education category, ranks in the top half of states on eight of 10 education metrics. It is also No. 1 in higher education, particularly excelling in the tuition and fees metric and in metrics assessing college graduation rates. The state excels in the
tuition and fees metric of the higher education subcategory and in metrics assessing college graduation rates, but ranks in the top 10 for only one pre-K-12 metric: high school graduation rate.

To ensure the Best States rankings are objective and fair, U.S. News designed the initial framework in consultation with a third party. U.S. News also weighted the eight major categories based on results from representative surveys designed to determine which factors Americans believe their home states should prioritize.

Within each category, the initial metrics were selected objectively in collaboration with experts, using specific criteria. Among these considerations were the comprehensiveness, reliability and timeliness of the data reflected by each metric, criteria that continue to inform the project with each release. The project uses publicly available government data when possible and proprietary data in cases where public data was not available.

Does anyone really believe we shot up to #1 in the country from the bottom? We don't measure up in the K-12 area and it's only going to get worse when we see what these so called "private schools" getting our taxpayer money gets through with this generation. But, yay, college students, who come from all over the country, graduate!

Probably far left by your standards, more accurately a slightly left leaning moderate. If he were the Republican nominee I would vote for Mitt Romney over Biden. I'm rather sure that anyone who is "far left" would do so.

Also, I cannot remember the last time the cabinet had more than one Democrat.

To what do you attribute their failure? Democrats usually blame gerrymandering for their failures (they cheated!) but the cabinet and the governorship is elected statewide.

That sounds like Miss Congeniality is upset she didn’t win Miss America. Take it up with US news and word report. 1st is Florida. The rest sounds like bitching that my daughter didn’t win. Oops.

I think he is fantastic in pressers to people who want to like him. And he is equally terrible in the same pressers to those who don’t like him.

Through decades of hard work and investment into the education system, we made it to number 1. DeSantis now wants to wholesale change the manner in which the number 1 educational system educates our kids.

    Makes sense …

Quick question, where was Florida ranked in education when DeSantis took over as Gov? Might want to look that up before opining on how DeSantis second term will look like with regard to education.

Also you’ve never been good at gifs because there is no such thing as being good at gifs. You’re just making yourself laugh which isn’t a skill.

When did I enter bizarro-world where meme-ing is a coveted skill and debating with data is nerdy? Did Elon buy too hot?

So you think this just happened when Desantis was elected? His move away from our public school systems, by throwing our money at any "private" school" in the name of parental choice, will doom that #1 rating; as weak as it is. Maybe you can enlighten us on what he did, because we've had that ranking apparently for 7 years in a row.
