Dude, you started this thread. I’m not sure what your point is.

And those related factors are transitory. Absent a major hurricane in the Gulf my guess is that prices at the pump will drop significantly after Labor Day.

Most people understand what drives oil prices. The op was somewhat tongue in cheek given how much control a US president actually has in setting prices for a global commodity. Of course, the MAGA idiots with their little gas pump stickers and all think that number is close to 100%.

He's just playing with the MAGA idiots.

Oh just you wait. The price will fall again and Biden will be a hero again. He just took his eye off the ball this week. He’ll push the Oval Office “low gas price” button in a few weeks.

“This is good news for Americans and good news for the Biden administration as this time of year is typically peak gas pricing for the year.“
I’m missing the tongue in cheek humor. I’m sure you’re right though.

Earth has been healing itself for 4.5 Billion years. The idea that pizza ovens and generators are going to make a sliver of difference is just silly

You totally don't get the Biden way!!!
Spend a couple extra trillion on COVID one year creating a deficit, then follow it eliminating that spending, and you can claim deficit down over a trillion.
Have inflation go up double digits for a year, then following year with just a few percent a month and look how you reduced inflation.
Have fuel prices soar, then a drop so you can claim your economics have lowered the price.
You claim how income is increasing and how great everything is while your VP says average family is a $400 accident away from bankruptcy.
Allow everyone across the border then you can claim illegal crossings down.
Say you never once discussed business with your son or associates, then when caught say you were just talking about the weather.
Claim an insurrection but the peaceful exchange of power happens anyhow and investigate it while only presenting anything to support insurrection, rather than the whole truth. All the while having a TV producer piece together all the film evidence to show what you want.

You continue doing this and half the lemmings will believe you and the media won't call you out.

Yes, but Trump in 1.... 2....3...

Earth will be fine. The question is whether we will be.

i point you to Great barrier reef. All we heard was bleaching and reef is going to die, and insert any number of hyperbolic statements. Nature does what it does, adjusts and the reef is flourishing. So will we and so will the earth if we aren’t bankrupted in the meantime.
