It isn’t often that a person engaged in the kind of behavior Trump has across multiple jurisdictions and at different times. People engaged in one large scheme are typically indicted once in thst scheme. But all three indictments concern different substantive and temporal events in different jurisdictions. There are those who are serially criminally accused. By the third charge, they are usually denied bond as a danger. Trumps candidacy is why he is being treated differently.
Anyone else would be remanded to custody. Especially after the effect his words had in January 6. If he isn’t taken into custody as a danger to the public, then it is an example of the powerful being treated differently.
Exactly. Guy plays the victim to his “base”, then basically threatens the prosecutor/judge/etc. There is no other defendant in the world that would get away with that crap.
Trumps crimes hurt people. His words inspired the January 6 insurrection. The fact Trump was unsuccessful in his attempt to defraud the government and disenfranchise voters doesn’t make his conspiracy victimless. The lawyers he fooled into lying for him at Mar A Lago and those who acted on his orders there had to hire attorneys and ended up in front of grand juries.

On another note. The right of speech of a criminally accused is balanced against the right of a fair trial. So a person who is charged with a crime has less leeway as to what he or she can say than an ordinary citizen. The statements above by Trump clearly cross the line.
He sat on his rear end an did nothing with a violent insurrection on his TV. And afterward, called Senators to try to capitalize on it. Before the session, He told Pence that he would have to call him out and made sure to do it after the mob had invaded the capital and while Pence was hiding in his office and just as Pence was being led away. What I want to know is the Intel Trump was getting from the Secret Service in real time, if any. To close the loop on what should be obvious from the known facts. He wanted that vote stopped.
And although their crimes were indeed serious they pale into insignificance compared with a (fortunately failed) attempt to orchestrate a coup d'état which would have resulted in a defeated presidential candidate illegally remaining in office. Their (Kelly and Avenatti's) crimes hurt some people, Trump's crimes if they were successful would have hurt over 300 million people.
His actions also indirectly caused harm to hundreds of capital police officers fighting back the mob, one dead officer, and 2 of his own worshipers dead because of U.S. lies.

The GOP knows their base won't even spend 10 minutes reading the indictment or listen to Jack Smith's announcement. If they did they would know this indictment is not about lying, recounts, or court challenges like the GOP talking heads are saying in public. It is about a scheme to have Pence read fake electors and subverting the will of the people, and one that came way too close to succeeding. I never thought I would say it, but thank God for Pence.
Or an even less likely utterance, thank God for Dan Quayle, for convincing Pence to do the right thing.

He’s not being prosecuted for the riot. So your best example of how he hurt somebody is his lawyers that were apparently knowingly lying for him? Because they had to defend themselves? If Trump is to blame for that, it’s an easy lawsuit for them to recover damages. Is that really the best you got?
