    The feeling is mutual.
And Miss Stake is happier without him too.

Great offensive mind, no doubt about it. But One of the worst head coaches ever...like ever. Dude has no commitment, lazy, and always looking for an excuse.
    Glad to see him gone.

The worst thing I can say about Dan Mulllen is that he just came along at the wrong time. The UF administration was slow to realize that being in Florida is no longer much of a recruiting advantage., and that you need to spend like the other teams in the SEC if you want results like the other teams in the SEC. He ran the program much like Spurrier ran the program (relax, guys, I am not saying Spurrier would have done the same if he came in 2018 rather than 1990), and relying on in state talent to want to stay instate was not going to do deliver the results the way it had in the past.

Do NFL teams have issues in getting players to want to go there based on location? I would rather live in Florida than, say Seattle, or Chicago, or Phoenix, or Cleveland, but those teams have no problem signing football players, because that is where the job is... Leo Messi moved from Argentina to Barcelona when he was like 14.

I agree. I have always thought that Mullen would have been a hell of a coach in the 80's or 90's. Now, with the whole "program" type coach you need, not a chance.
