Heck I am older than most grandpas. Starting to think Walton's had some pitchers but got blind-sided. I work at a NIAA school and we had this great pitcher and she pitched every game. We went to Nationals that year.
I can’t imagine anyone going up to a woman’s husband and telling him you think his wife is super hot.
I just never knew what she saw in him, oh well. I know she was pushing him to execute a Do Not Resuscitate order for himself.
Look at these lovebirds! I did watch a documentary about her on Netflix or Amazon recently. What a train wreck.
someone said the main target is Maxwell. I'm sorry i'm not feeling too good about her either. I would love to have Alana or Maxwell but we also need more pitchers. we have 2 but 1 is very questionable right now.
funny on Vawter, the portal site said she was going to be in japan until august 7th, did she bring along a south carolina jersey with her?
Vawter is definitely not going to South Carolina for its history as a softball powerhouse (only 1 winning record in the SEC the last 10 years) or for its stellar academic reputation. She appeared to be a layup for UF.
I guess the days of athletes coming to UF because they want to be a Gator are over. Maybe it's been over for a while, but now they are just hired hands and will move on to the next school that offers more money.
Been that way for a while, just more out in the open now and a lot more money being tossed around. At least Walton has been able to remain competitive with HS recruits with what he’s been given, but who knows how long that will last.
Vawter is like most of the young athletes and people of today - show me the money. They do not look at things 10 years down the road, only instant gratification. USC softball does not have money, Dawn took money from her giant fund and sent it to SB. I just hope we play them here this season and kick her -- and hopefully run rule her and them. Then we can ask her, how do you like it now! Tim has done everything in his power to compete but our war chest is nowhere as big as OU's and usc's and tn's to a lessor degree.
