LOL, it’s like a R commenting after the testimony. They are going to paint whatever is said to their side. Here’s the thing. We don’t know if Biden acted improperly, but we know for a fact he and the WH lied about his involvement in hunters business dealings. Why lie? What is there to hide? Obviously they think there is something or they wouldn’t have lied.

 

The only way you would know if he lied is if you have a source saying Joe was involved with Hunters business. I have seen zero claiming that. Neither have you. All you have heard is someone saying Hunter called his dad to impress people and did not talk about business. Is there something you are actually claiming other than you feel that what i described constitutes him misleading you in some way in your own mind? I dont have this categorized as being in business with his son. No one in their right mind would. Unless you have a secret piece of evidence we dont have access to? Hunter is a tool. Big deal. I didnt elect him. If he is crooked he can go to jail. Joe has not been implicated in anything.

There is zero evidence Joe actually talked about anything of substance to any of Hunter's business associates. There were Rs in the room when Hunter's partner testified, and not one of them has stated they have a smoking gun. In fact, they are saying just what all the articles are saying. Joe may have talked to some of Hunter's associated in the past, but it was all innocuous conversations Hunter was using to sell the illusion of influence.

So Joe may have flubbed when he said he never talked to Hunter's business associates. He should have just stuck to he never talked business with them. But is that really a big deal? Or is it more likely a silly mistake made by a human? Which last time I checked, we're all human.

Lying is not against the law. If it was over 95% of politicians in the US would be guilty. Although he may have very well spoke with them there is still no evidence that Joe Biden discussed business with any of Hunter's associates and even more significantly that he received compensation for using his influence to aid them as alleged or at least implied by Comer and the boys as well as the defeated former president and the right-wing media. The "Biden crime family" is kind of like the Loch Ness monster, certain people want to believe it's real but until there's substantive proof of its existence it remains nothing more than a fascinating myth.

 

Why did he feel the need to lie? Usually people lie for a reason. Weird you aren’t curious why he lied…

There are many different kinds of lies. And the average person lies 1 to 2 times a day. It's likely Biden didn't remember the conversations because they were innocuous, meaningless, and forgettable? Regardless, why is this such a big deal? There is zero evidence Joe spike business with these people. And zero evidence Joe took money.

My kids are young, I can't remember 3/4 of their friend's names. If somebody asked me if my son had a friend named X, and I said I didn't know, only later to learn I knew X, is that really a big deal?

Let’s assume he talked business with Hunter Biden’s associates— so what? What official action did Biden take to advance his own business interests. I read Hunter Biden took a bribe. What official action did Joe Biden take in exchange for the bribe? Post facts.
