Interesting. I had never heard of the crime conspiracy against rights.

Very notable at least to me, is this does not appear to get in to the Jan 6 riots and his incitement of it.

Edit: I take that back, I see Jan 6 is very much part of this.

Yeah, seems like essentially the argument is that the fake elector plot is what got charged on that. Essentially, people have a constitutional right to vote, and Trump tried to strip residents of those states of their rights.

Yep, this is pretty much the fake elector indictment.

But it does, there’s a whole section on it starting w/ the second half of page 39.

I think it just presents Jan 6 as part of the overall conspiracy to defraud the election, rather than as a standalone crime (I.e a stand-alone “incitement to riot” charge ). Which actually makes sense given all the context we learned about the numerous state elector’s schemes and all that led up to 1/6. “Incitement to riot” undersells it. Personally, I think it should be considered treason and he should face a firing squad. It’s a shame the laws on treason don’t cover this, because I can’t think of a worse betrayal a President could attempt.

Is it though? Anyone with 10% of a brain was aware what was happening. And the rest still won't care.

I've said it before. All of Jan 6 and Trump could be shot and I'd be on board. It may cost us our country, but I'd rather not have a country than share it with traitors. And I was a lifelong republican voter until 2016

It is not actionable malpractice. It is criminal by the attorney

Yep, as I read more, and heard his speech I see it is certainly part of the discussion. But no insurrection charge that I see.

It goes after more than Trump. It’s against Giuliani and all the liars, AND the POS from the DOJ that tried to fire the AG, seize control, and use the DOJ to threaten the States.

They all knew they were lying. They didn’t care.

    They tried to steal democracy.

Now they all get to answer to the American People.

Having read the indictment, I am so angry all over again. How did United States SENATORS like Cruz and Hawley allow themselves to be swept into the attempted coup?!?!?! How did they all sell their souls, knowing it was all based on lie after lie, and all for a guy that they each personally detest?!?!

So if you took a shot for each count from all the indictments, you would be VERY hammered.
