Could not agree more! I've never "known" we were going to win a game after the first play of the game. Especially against UGA. Talk about setting the tone!!!

 

Did he say if he had a chance to do it all over again…..

 

Yeah...he was a bit frustrated that day...said that our defense lacked heart and passion..he couldn't understand why..I asked if he talked to the team to fire them up..he said yes, but he said too many thought they were better than they thought they were, entitled, and it went in one ear and out the other..this was the last year and home game of Mullen year..Samford I think...where they kept scoring on us...

 

Actually I was wondering if he would poke the guy in the eye again. Was it personal.

Someone on Twitter posted a few months ago that Spikes should be back with the program and Spike replied that he loved the idea. Glad to see this came to fruition!
