Well Nimrod is going on year 13 of his pro career in Israel so I think he has pretty well proven he can play just a little bit
Drejer was coming around right before the injury. He was adjusting to the American game and starting to assert himself. One of the great what-ifs of Gator Basketball.
What I don't understand is, why do they play with a large, round pretzel bun? I mean, can't they afford a regular ball???
I like the diversity of the team. Hopefully we will have better basketball awareness/IQ. Hopefully, everyone can make baskets both short and long range. Know when to drive inside or get rid of the ball so others can shine. Looking forward to the preseason as everyone gets a few good minutes, this is a seasonal and future looks from each player. As always injuries can happen and the core group will change, very good depth. The SEC is taking notice. The nation will come tournament time.
In recent years, an injury to a key player would be devastating to the Gators. I think this season we could absorb several key injuries and still be good. There's quality depth at every position.
Seriously? What is wrong with you? When we have 6 starters go down (yes I know we play 5v5 but once the starting five go down I assume we will now lose one of the “new” starters!) We will bring this post back up and thou shalt be banned for the jinx hex mojo you brought to the team!
Is Kajus in Gainesville participating in off season workouts? If so, does anybody know how he is doing?
Still isn't showing up on the official roster. Kind of weird. He was playing for Lithuiana's national team in the U20 European Championships last week, but that shouldn't keep him from showing up on the roster for the fall? Searched for his name on all of the official site and not a single mention. Extra weird. Usually they have a story announcing the signing, and then a follow up story about what they bring to the team. Kabluckas got neither of those. And it isn't like they are closed for the summer, several articles posted since the announcement of his signing.
He is averaging about 5 points and 3 assists per game in U20 last 6 games. Not going to come in and dominate in the SEC
TPA Jack - How is a post providing the stats of the very player the thread is about “off-topic”? Get a clue
