    QB: DJ Lagway
    RB: Kahnen Daniels
    RB: Chauncey Bowens
    WR: Izaiah Williams
    WR: Jerrae Hawkins
    WR: TJ Adams
    TE: Amir Jackson
    OL: Fletcher Westphal
    OL: Mike Williams
    OL: Marcus Mascoll
    OL: Noel Portnjagin
    OL: ?

    DE: Kendall Jackson
    DE: LJ McCray
    DE: Amaris Williams
    DT: Nasir Johnson
    DT: Michael Boireau
    Edge: Jamonta Waller
    LB: Aaron Chiles
    LB: Myles Graham
    LB: Adarius Hayes
    CB: ?
    CB: Wardell Mack
    S: Josiah Davis
    S: Xavier Filsaime

Looking at this way, we basically have a starting O and starting D. We're expected to get Kendall Jackson (SSDE) within the next hour or so and Teddy Foster, cornerback, in a few days...so that would leave us with going after another WR, corner, and that would probably close up the class. Not sure if the staff is looking for another RB, don't believe they are, but I think we're almost good to go. Bam Bam Mincey (safety/cornerback), LJ McCray (WSDE), Jamari Howard (cornerback), Ory Williams (OL) seem like what we're looking for immediately.

Not sure how many HS kids this class wants to or/and are able to take, but here we are!

Curious if they target a slightly smaller OL to play/train to be a center.
The big guys they have now aren't right for the position. 6'2-6'3 range makes a good center.

    Edit

Looking at the roster, we have 4-5 OL in that height range that can be coached up to play center.

Ok, assuming UF winds up with 23-25 this cycle, added to last year's group, added to CBNs first class + transfers - Hey UF has playoff level talent, easily, going forward.

That's why we should sweep this coming years record under the rug if it's not pretty. A great future is in the making!

Man , I like to include the 3 offensive linemen CBN got in January as transfer to go with the 8 good offensive linemen he recruited out of HS the last 2 cycles.

    Keyaunta Goodwin(UK)
    Damien George(Bama)
    Micah Mizzccua (Baylor)

Are all quality linemen who just happens o be available immediately

And while I'm at it how about the safeties Nunnery and RJ moten he picked up along with the 2 linebackers Spurlock and teradja Mitchell, who I think will be really good. ( Spurlock and moten from Michigan and Mitchell from Ohio state)

You right @bobbybaker86 CBN recruiting recruiting

I think you hit the nail on the head and 4 of 5 non-committed players you list above will be in the class. 1-2 current commits will not be in the class.
    One surprise flip.

Will the 1-2 current commits be encouraged to find opportunities elsewhere due to upgrades wanting in this class?

When these two complete (talented) classes, with a little portal help, have been in the program 3 and 4 years we should be contending again, while having 25 and 26 classes providing quality minutes and depth the way you would like it. Sure we might break through in 25 like a lot of people have been posting (hoping) but 26 and 27 should be stellar, and solidly in reload mode after that.

However, the idea of only one high-potential QB on the roster is problematic.

I think that is a possibility along with the player realizing his playing time might be better in another program. Our class has some legit football players in it.

However, I'm just playing the odds. I don't have insider info on a player that might look around. I just feel the odds are likely that it will happen (it always does).

Cam Carroll looked like a stud in Spring game. Listed at 6', 228lbs - A battering ram who may help keep the chains moving.

Transfer QB's are all the rage these days don't you know? Tbh transfer QB's have been winning Heismans and Nattys over the last several years so its not a total loss not grabbing another backup QB /plan b QB this class as we obviously have our QB1. Now if we only had someone like a Marcus Stokes/plan B type than that would been more problematic but if DJ is as good as we hope, he'll be our starter from '25-'27 anyway so we have time to retool the room.

possibly but on thing Billy showed last year as the season went on is the best will play. He gave Nay’Quan every chance to start the season to show something but benched him when he wasn’t producing. Same with Gouriage and Tarquin….he realized he COULDNT keep Austin Barber off the field. Hell same with big Dez. The best WILL play under him, he shows no favoritism. Ask yourself, how many players last year did you find yourself asking “why hasnt he been benched or at least subbed out?”. Only ones i can think of is Dean and Torrence and even then as the season went on we saw more Kamari and Miguel Mitchell and Donovan McMillian

Billy is like Saban and Kirby…not loyal to player, he’s loyal to production and what you put on film

To get to where we want to be we need 5 stars transferring out because they got beat out, not hoping to have one transfer in. One that couldn't start somewhere else.
