House GOP's "missing" Biden family witness found...and arrested.

    Gal Luft was the witness Comer was recently referring to that had gone missing. Well, he has been found and arrested. He faces 36 charges.

    He has been charged with lying to federal law enforcement officials (shocker,) illegal arms dealing, illegal deals involving Iranian oil and being an unregistered foreign agent.

    "Monday’s charges add to the laundry list of alleged crimes Luft is accused of—including a 2016 scheme to “recruit and pay” a White House adviser to support China-friendly policies without first filing as a foreign agent."

    When Comer was disclosing they didn't know where the witness was, it must have slipped his mind that the reason was Luft was a fugitive from justice, having skipped out on his bail while awaiting extradition to the US..

    "Dual U.S.-Israeli citizen Gal Luft had already skipped out on his bail while in Cyprus awaiting extradition to the U.S. for a separate case in March—though he alleges that the sprawling case against him represents political persecution and retaliation by the Biden administration against a potential witness."

    and, Luft's testimony on any issue is trustworthy? Am I missing something here?

    Now about our “reps” in congress who were hyping this “very credible” whistleblower or even taking his side against law enforcement.

    Are they just reeeeeaaallllly gullible (stupid) in their quest to get incriminating info on Biden, or are they also on the take from foreign actors? I suppose the answer isn’t necessarily mutually exclusive.

    Quite a remarkable development. Dr. Luft was the one who contacted the FBI/DOJ (March of 2019) with the information. Now Dr. Luft is the target for giving the information to the FBI/DOJ.

    Had he had dirt on Trump, he would be praised and declared a national hero.

    Luft is wanted for a "laundry list" of charges : "
    Monday’s charges add to the laundry list of alleged crimes Luft is accused of—including a 2016 scheme to “recruit and pay” a White House adviser to support China-friendly policies without first filing as a foreign agent.
    According to a release from the Justice Department, Luft is also accused of brokering arms deals with Chinese businesses to sell their wares in places such as the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Libya—all without a valid U.S. license. Federal authorities allege that they have proof Luft hawked anti-tank launchers, grenade launchers, mortar rounds, aerial bombs, rockets and even drones." Oddly, we don't see any charges related to " giving the information to the FBI/DOJ." One of those Steve Bannon, Roger Stone credible witness types. LOL

    He is charged with arms trafficking, violating the sanctions on Iran and paying a trump foreign advisory for influence. Not giving info on Biden.

    I'm curious. Did you read the allegations prior to posting? If so, did you not understand them. If you did, why post misinformation?

    The guy is an illegal arms dealer and violated sanctions on Iran, yet you feel the need to bring the Trump butt-hurt into the thread.

    (in 2016 he was a trump advisor, though.....only the best people)

    Some of us are so partisan that we never look for the TRUTH. Granted, it's sometimes difficult to know the truth, but not in this case.
