I think Cormani was a fluke. Wiltfong doesn’t usually put out anything unless it’s iron clad. I think with Cormani he was trying troll for follows. In the mean time dude is at his first practice puking 7 times. Honestly I’m glad he’s not a gator too much drama around that kid.

 

Interestingly I think UF plays neon Deion and the Buffs in the next 2 - 3 years.

Yeah - lets see how it works out for Cormani. You know, about half of these 5 star "can't miss" types usually don't pan out.

Not that I'm saying don't recruit them, oh heavens no, but recruiting star rankings are hardly a gurantee.

Wish no ill will on the kid. But things can change fast when every school is bending over backwards for your services and then you committ and have to actually produce.

For UF fans it's just been tough losing super high rated kids like CM in your own backyard. But I think Napier is starting to change that.

UF has a chance to sign a 20+ kids with an average of 93+ should things break UF's way. I hope we sign 25 myself. I suspect attrition will sort out the numbers situation.

 

There’s no doubt we as UF fans have PTSD from flip and decommits.. I cringe everytime one of these kids put the hats in front of them.

 

I don't doubt it but we recruited him. I'm not losing sleep over it but at the time it was a bad look for us no matter how much responsibility his side accounted for.

i think our NIL situation being unstable last cycle did us in with recruits. If we had Florida Victorious last cycle, no doubt we land a 5* kid or two.

 

Obviously he can't get over missing out on Gator Life. That was our strategy in the 1992 Sugar Bowl.
