It’s easy - just go on a diet and lose 40-50 pounds so you can fit into a smaller seat after they upgrade The Swamp
Good qbs beat good defenses especially in todays game. Georgia purely out talented the field and didn’t run into a great qb on another talented team..
Until they get figured out the next year which has happened to all great QBs over the last 20 years. Bama’s D beat Tebow in 09. Watson and Lawrence had one good year against bama’s D. Burrow lost to Us then went on a historical season, then left. None of these QB heavy teams are winning it every year. Bama and UGA consistently won it with defense. Every once in a while a superstar QB beat them but each QB only did it once. Tebow, Lawrence, Watson, burrow. Defense still reigns supreme. It got that midget in Athens two rings
Defense is great, but the midget in Athens did not have to play against a good quarterback. In the last 10 years old quarterbacks have won national championships, and they weren’t solely based on recruiting.
No your response just didn't make since to my post. I simply said I'm more concerned with winning titles then having the highestbdecibel level ofnall stadiums and UGA , Bama and Clemson who have won 7 of the last 8 nattys prove you don't need the "loudest" stadium to win, you just need the best team. Give me the best team and I'd be much happier then keeping a old stadium un remodeled stadium for the sake of being the loudest. With that you responded with the odd retort of " yes because a new stadium guarantees us winning a natty. " I could care less about the stadium noise because if we don't start winning people are gonna stop selling out the stadium anyways. Let's not put the cart before the horse.
but he also didn't have to put up many points since they're defense held teams to something like 2 TD's or less per game. We had both Trask and AR( who just went 4th in the draft) but were forsaken with a terrible defense and we couldn't do shit with either of their time under center. I'd say it takes both if we're being honest.
