I wanted to laugh, but I paused and thought how sad how far we have fallen since Trump: these two, and some others, are his spawn. We are a lesser country without a Republican Party with dignity and seriousness.

Aren’t they both recently divorced? Probably a lot of tension there as they secretly battle over the order of who will get to be Trump’s 4th …. And 5th … wife.

House Freedom Caucus Ousts Marjorie Taylor Greene after Clash with Lauren Boebert | National Review

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R., Ga.) has been ousted from the House Freedom Caucus after she called Representative Lauren Boebert, a fellow caucus member, a “little b****.”

Representative Andy Harris (R., Md.) told Politico “a vote was taken to remove Marjorie Taylor Greene from the House Freedom Caucus for some of the things she’s done.”

Harris, who did not say how he voted, told the outlet her removal was an “appropriate decision.”

“I think the way she referred to a fellow member was probably not the way we expect our members to refer to other fellow, especially female, members,” Harris told the outlet, apparently referring to Greene’s fight with Boebert on the House floor.

I would say that’s basically all it is. You can’t be too crazy for it. Jordan, Biggs, Luna, Gosar, Gaetz, are just a few of their superstars. The only differentiator is her McC wagon hitch. Her and Gaetz are basically on a perpetual tour where they karaoke the same horrid duet for two straight hours.

And for the very rare times that she has acted like a responsible adult member of Congress.

The source of her unique power among similar demented types and the reason I am surprised she was purged

The congresswoman's latest quarterly filings with the Federal Election Commission reveal that Greene has spent a total of $311,000 this year on helping the party win tough House races.

That includes a hefty $275,000 contribution on February 28 to the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) — House Republican's main campaign arm — as well as $2,000 apiece on March 29 to 18 other House Republicans, many of whom sit in districts that Democrats plan to target during the 2024 campaign.

It's a stark departure from Greene's first two years in Congress, when 11 of her GOP colleagues joined with Democrats to boot her from her committee assignments over her history of violent online rhetoric and her prior belief in the QAnon conspiracy theory. Greene has since embarked on an attempt to clean up her image.

During that time, Greene donated to just a handful of other GOP candidates who share her hard-right views, some of which did not make it past Republican primary elections. She did contribute a total of $350,000 to the NRCC, which she's now on track to potentially exceed

Marjorie Taylor Greene is becoming an increasingly important part of the Republican Party's fundraising machine

And yet he beat his predecessor, a butt hurt narcissist who was the first losing incumbent president in the history of the US who refused to accept his loss, by a margin of close to 8 million votes.
