I love hot dogs. That said I buy 100% all natural links from a local butcher. I wouldn't eat a store hotdog for anything

I’ll eat one the moment before I completely starve to death along with bologna.

Kinda nasty but closer to filet mignon than a hotdog.

My worry is structurally they will design it to lose some decibels

Then they make the experience such a way we lose a few more decibels. For example having some nice concourse people hang out in

Then it becomes a less hostile environment and it hurts the team on the field.

I’m all for having some nicer concessions though

We do a lot of University work and they all follow the same processes.
PROCESS: Advertise for Architects (then CM's also). For a project this size, there will be at least 30 submittals for Architects. Some HOK types and some that are international firms with a local architect as a team member. Then, those submittals will be narrowed down to a short list typically 3 firms, but for a project this size I could see them short listing 4-6 firms. These firms will then do a presentation in front of the selection committee which will include a scheme / strategy. The committee will then select based on a grading criteria.
DESIGN: Depending on the code interpretation by the AHJ, the aisle widths are going to be the biggest issue. With individual seats, there will be less occupants due to a seat is typically 20-22" and with bleacher seats, it's counted as 18" per butt. Life safety implications will have the biggest impact on the number of people the stadium will hold.

Yes on the sushi and grouper and brats would be great. Those are sausages, not bologna in a ding dong. Ever wonder why they’re called hotdogs.

And there’s not enough legroom to get legit seats in. They would have to go over it and eliminate some entire rows I would think.

They should tear down the south end zone and rebuild by duplicating the same North end zone expansion blueprint, but with more suites, chair backs, a field level fan zone, a standing area "party zone" with tables and other amenities. The North end zone should be upgraded with similar fan zone experiences. This way you'd have minimal capacity reduction, if any, and it would be aesthetically stunning.

with only $400M, there won't be enough money to do everything they want and flip the cameras.
