    the rich get richer. already the worlds biggest sovereign wealth fund and now this. Just like their oil and gas fields, this is a resource that can help offset what should be a lack of exports from Russia but somehow, their phosphate exports went up in 2022 despite sanctions. That is something the west should do something about but I suspect they are letting it go as the world needs the fertilizer to maintain food production

    I get that it’s important, although farther down there is a suggestion that commercial impact is not as suggested doe to challenges in accessibility. But I was wow what this might mean in terms of technology and geopolitics in terms of mercantilist emphasis on tangible resources as a source of world power
