Some of you who have railed previously against big pharma need to step up and call out the obvious big pharma shilling here where people are openly advocating throwing more money at big pharma companies. Some of whom have been fined billions for fraud and deception, while enjoying record profits in the wake of Covid. I know I’m not the only one here that sees a problem with this.
He seems to take the same position as the repubs running. Some key trigger words and statements. Antivax, accusing dems of being moving toward totalitarianism, love war (?), censorship (?). Didn't know what DEI was. I'd rather have him than trump or Desantis. Chris Christie is in there for me too. I just love how they talked about the "left going too far" LOL. Too much equity is what the left wants. It's what it has always wanted. Facision is what the right wants. Hmmm, toughy. I can't listen anymore. I know why he did this, but he better get is butt on Cuomo on NewsNation
I think most people would understand there are vaccines that grant long-lasting or lifetime immunity, and those that only impart short term immunity. The flu vaccine should make that obvious, as that vaccine is (sometimes) notoriously ineffective that should also be informative. They literally have to try and guess the dominant strain of influenza on an annual basis. Some years they get that very wrong. Still, the public health people aren’t going to get in the weeds on that and tell you to “wait and see” if that particular years vaccine was effective, by then it would be too late. I would also hope most people understand generally that vaccines work by stimulating an immune response. In fact the vaccine itself may be a sample of “de-activated” virus. The whole point is essentially training the body to ward off infectious disease. I do think a lot of people don’t like needles, and think the minor side effects (24hrs) are a bad thing (when in fact they may indicate your body’s immune system is working as it should). The main risk with “proven” vaccines is allergies, which very rarely can cause severe reactions (and these reactions have nothing to do with any immunity gains). The whole thing is weighing risks vs benefits.
His primary supporters like Bannon just openly clown the mass supporters by spoiling the ending: he becomes T’s VP. So the D’s possible nominee would make an excellent Trump 2? Haha, these fish will just swallow a naked hook, no bait even necessary.
This guy won’t back down. He REFUSES to throw personal insults at anyone. His voice actually pulls you in. Gotta love his response when the moderator tells him every Democrat is against his position on Ukraine and Russia. She tries to pressure him into going along or saying something out of order. He just shrugs his shoulders and says “so?” without going into the vitriol. You guys have a problem on your hands with this man.
Google tags this YouTube video with "abortion health information" as though he's disseminating misinformation about abortion. Kennedy's pro-choice, lol!!
Don’t think he can win the nomination, but out of curiosity, who would you support if it were Kennedy versus Trump or DeSantis in the general?
If Kennedy were to make it to the general as the Dem nominee, he's going to win the general in a landslide. He's cleverly hijacking each side's major issues. He's pro-choice, but he also wants to lock down the border. He wants to feed the poor, but he's also not going to ask for a ban on assault rifles. Kennedy v. Trump would be hilarious to watch. I don't think Trump would know what to do with him. DeSantis is probably better suited to face off with a guy like Kennedy. But to answer your question, I do not have enough information at this time, because I've not yet heard RFK Jr. articulate his plan for the economy other than reducing spending on military and foreign wars, which I support.
There are literally none that we know of that grant lifetime immunity. There are some/many that grant long term protection against severe disease. Many more, like the Small Pox vaccine, we have no idea about since the population was seemingly not as stupid many years ago and we largely achieved "heard immunity" and largely eradicated small pox. However, the recent outbreaks of Monkey Pox proves that those vaccinated decades ago could be infected and develop symptoms, so we really have no idea how long-term that vaccine is either.
True. I just meant vaccines we think of as “lifetime” that are administered to children, such as MMR, vs those that are definitely more annual such as flu.
Cannot speak for them but my guess is that he represents a somewhat more credible primary opponent to Joe Biden than Marianne Williamson although that's based almost entirely on the family name; he supports some of the positions of MAGA nation most notably he's an anti-vaxxer and additionally he is apparently opposed to support of Ukraine; and finally the likely refusal of Joe Biden to debate him would provide a nice talking point for Republicans although they probably didn't take a similar position regarding Trump's refusal to debate potential primary opponents in 2020 or the RNC's refusal to even sanction debates along with the refusal of a number of state Republican parties to hold primaries in 2020.
