I did the math. 100 reams of classified docs at 500# (what fits in a large casket by cubic volume) add 250# for the casket and 5# for the urn. Yup need 10 big Trumpy guys.

    Paragraphs of interest:
"Additionally, it is understood that Mr Smith’s team is ready to bring charges against several of the attorneys who have worked for Mr Trump, including those who aided the ex-president in his push to ignore the will of voters and remain in the White House despite having lost the 2020 election.

One of those figures is Mr Trump’s erstwhile personal attorney, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Mr Giuliani, whose law license was suspended in New York and Washington as a result of his allegedly making multiple false representations while seeking to help Mr Trump overturn his 2020 election loss to Joe Biden, reportedly participated in a voluntary interview with prosecutors working under the supervision of Mr Smith, the Justice Department special counsel whose office brought charges against Mr Trump earlier this month."

Michael Cohen predicted the possibility over two years ago.

Wow. Point concisely made. I agree; it’s a short list of who has been more damaging to our country than trump. And it’s bizarre how his his followers blindly support him.

Seen against all the crimes Trump has committed (even Gotti would blush) Trump is the most undercharged man in modern history, except for a couple of Nazi’s possibly.

The GQP desperately wants to impeach and jail Biden for a crime Rudy Giuliani made up out of whole cloth while at the same time saying Trump's prosecution is political.

Logic isn’t their strong point. They still think they are going to win in 2024. I imagine without women voting 50 50 it’s gonna be a blood bath.

Well, the recording pretty much proves Trump did it.

One question that still seems to have no satisfactory answer is why he did it. So far, Trump has given us: 1) he didn’t do it; it was the FBI, 2) he had secretly declassified the documents, 3) the documents were his personal property, and 4) they were intermingled with his golf pants.

Clearly these are all ludicrous, so what is the reason?

Person, woman, man, TV, camera. Likely no reason... He is simply an idiot that has no plans, doesn't think or reason, just reacts to stimuli like a microorganism.

The most innocent reason would be for ego purposes. Still, these documents would be quite valuable relative to other countries. Just saying.

    Fixed it for you.
Nothing says "our case is falling apart even stronger than as originally filed", quite like:

"...what else can we charge him with?"

"...who else's nuts what other potential co-defendants can we twist to drum persuade through plea bargains or offers of immunity up new charges to provide evidence or testify against their obviously guilty boss?"

Agreed. The ego/trophy hypothesis is perhaps the strongest one at this point, but clearly the justice department has a duty to pursue the possibility of a less innocent explanation.
