...and top 5 public school, member of the AAU, $750 million annual grant $$$, beauteous colors, hot babes, flagship of the greatest state in the union... GO GATORS!!
They are gonna have to cool down then because I so pissed off we gave then the fuel and then we didn’t answer . I’m just not into the feel good story bs right now. We knew that the last thing we can do is give up walks and allow 0-2 count pitches to be ripped. This was a recipe for disaster and can’t really handle it very well!
Thank you. I’ve been a critic of his but you and I saw the same thing. I certainly don’t have Sully’s knowledge but we all saw what we saw. They had trouble with Purnell. I think even an untrained eye saw they don’t like 87 with sink. They like 95 or high hanging sliders ( they saw some of those today from our 2nd pitcher). For those that say did you see him struggle earlier this year…Earlier this year is irrelevant. Just look at Hurd’s ERA and look at what he’s doing tonight.
Every ball for them finding green and everything find glove for us. One of those days at the worst possible moment.
It's the mind of a college athlete. In football, we struggle against Vandy every year. Why? Because the team is complacent. Last night's blowout was a curse, not a blessing, for that reason. I understand that baseball is different, but the college mind is not. I worried about this. Regardless, go Gators!!
Cags was our only shot and Sully knew he needed 4+ innings out of him. Plus, we needed to hit. No hits since the first 2 batters.
I love your optimism but it is just not going to happen, LSU'S pitching is shutting down Gator's hitting and if that happens then Gators have no chance of winning
No we didn’t. Fisher goes 2-3 if he had a clean start. Slater gets a few but he got hurt. Nesbitt just went a few
