Yup. There is a hidden camera somewhere in our house that when I turn on a game in progress, we immediately give up a huge play to the opponent. It doesn't work if I am at the event, only televised sports. Example: Men's Basketball 2006 NC game vs UCLA: My son watching downstairs, me upstairs reading, watching 24 on our little TV. After the U8 TO in the 2d half, my son comes up to say we have the game well in hand and I can come down to watch. I do so. As I step off the stairs onto the family room floor, Aaron Aflalo hits his first 3 of the 2d half and UCLA is within 10 all of a sudden. My son immediately turned and pointed, yelling "GO BACK UPSTAIRS!" but he was too slow; I was already turned and heading up. He called me down with 2:00 and so I got to enjoy the end.
Yeah I am the same way. Though when. I turned it on to ck the score yesterday I did see Evans hit the grand slam. Lol
