So you don't like the CNN article, is this article from Fox News better?
Trump Organization entities found guilty on all counts of tax fraud; Trump brands 'witch hunt,' vows appeal
The only difference between the CNN article and that from Fox is that the Fox article emphasized Trump's standard characterization about every allegation and/or conviction involving him as a "witch hunt". The factual parts of both articles are identical.
Since you're apparently offended by the comparison of the fictional Biden crime family with the real Trump crime family, please provide an example of any convictions, indictments or formal charges involving any member of the Biden family other than Hunter Biden. Waiting for your response. And if you feel that unverified allegations are credible I will gladly provide a link to article regarding Trump's fondness for "golden showers" otherwise know as the "pee tape".

You think James Comer's investigation of the Bidens is off-topic? I thought that was the topic of this thread unless of course you consider the mention of any Biden other than Hunter off-topic which doesn't seem to be the case from your post history.

Hey gang. I’m sitting next to 715. Send me money or else! Here is my Venmo: City_715_inCohoots

I just implicated 715 in an extortion scheme.

You continue to fail to understand what “evidence” means.

It doesn’t mean without a doubt someone did something. It just means that it makes it more or less likely that someone did something.

Apparently Trump’s admission is a smoking gun because we’re suddenly supposed to take his word as gospel when he admits something, but Hunter’s isn’t even evidence because… reasons.

Hunter isn’t Joe. Hunter isn’t in the government. There is zero evidence Joe did anything even in the one email or one text you are harping on. Find some money getting to Joe or him agreeing to do something for money. Why do you think Jared isn’t in jail? No evidence the $2B was for an activity… yet. Find some evidence on either guy and you have my agreement they are dirty. For Trump there is physical evidence related to both impeachments and these new document charges that we can actually evaluate.

I've already presented evidence, but if that's not enough for you... not much else can be done without an investigation.

Would you support a criminal investigation into Hunter and a Congressional investigation into Joe?

Y’all choose to take Trump at his word whenever his words can bury him despite admitting he’s a compulsive liar.

You won’t do the same for Hunter Biden for reasons that are entirely political.

The investigation with Hunter was several years in the making. If there was any hard evidence Joe knew what was going on and/or got paid a dime, wouldn't you think that evidence would've been found? But yet, we have zero hard evidence Joe did anything wrong. Go ahead and investigate if you think it's worth it. But for my money, it's already been a part of the Hunter investigation, and they found nothing but a statement from a drug addicted tax evader.

As for Trunp, his statement that he did declassify every doc is irrelevant to the criminal charges he is facing. He faces obstruction charges because he refused to turn over docs that clearly belonged to the National Archives, and lied about doing so to the Feds. The bigger charges are based on the Espionage Act, which don't require docs to have any classification markings. The charges simply state of anyone is knowingly withholding docs that can be detrimental to national security can be charged.

Trump's statement about declassification will only come into play to establish Trump as a liar. His statement is false, and while the POTUS can declassify almost anything, there is still a process any doc must undergo before it's officially declassified. Trump knew this, and none of the docs Trump retained were ever entered into the process. And Trump's recorded statement that will be entered into evidence that he could've declassied docs but didn't shows his public statement about declassification is a lie.

I would imagine Trump's lawyers would want to keep Trump off the stand if this ever goes to trial. The fact Trump stated he declassified everything but in tape, he knew that was a lie makes Trump a great witness for the prosecution, but bad in his own defense. Juries don't like liars.

    What again? LOL!

If you want to go there then let’s have a discussion about the Trump kids. Jared Kushner’s four years of Saudi ass-kissing and murder-excusing paid off in the form of a $2 billion investment from the kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund to his private equity firm. And that’s just a start.

Apparently we haven’t been talking about Trump guys.

Countless investigations, multiple civil trials, and two indictments with a third on the way apparently isn’t enough. We still have to talk about Trump.

Barring a Republican President pardoning him or Trump winning an election, he's probably going to spend the rest of his life in prison. When does it end for you?

There is no particular formal process to declassify.

While it's true he couldn't declassify them in his head, what evidence do you have that he didn't declassify?

Regarding tax charges and illegal possession of a firearm.

That's the tip of the iceberg dude.

That's like getting Michael Corleone on a speeding ticket and calling it a day.

Tip of the ice berg? Well then release the Kracken!! Why would anyone believe that an internet poster called 715 would have all the secrets of the world unlocked in his head where he just "knows" there is an ice berg of criminal activity just under the covers that a 5 year investigation (2018 it started) was unable to uncover? Seriously? That's longer than the Mueller case ran and they actually found felonies and crimes. Maybe they needed a 10 year investigation?

We have photos and videos of Biden taking illegal drugs and hanging with prostitutes and admitting to extorting foreigns entities using daddy's name.

Stevie Wonder can see that there's a lot more criminal activity there.

What does this show? It starts out sensational saying $17M to Hunter Biden.... and his associates. Then clarifies it was $2.3M to Hunter over 5+ years which is a lot for a normal person but peanuts to someone like Jared Kushner who leveraged his connections. Then it simply lists out the email and text we know about which have nothing to do with Biden other than his son tries to leverage his name. Sigh. And I thought you really had the smoking gun. Darn it.

    Declassification is a 2-step process.

First, an authorized official must determine that the information no longer requires protection. Second, that determination must be communicated so that the protections are removed.
Without the 2nd step, how can anyone without clearance know if a doc is classified or not? The doc would still show classified markings, and even if the doc had undergone the 1st step, until the doc shows declassified markings, it's treated as classified.

None, zip, and zero of the documents Trump illegally retained were set for the 2nd step. Since they were all still marked classified, then officially, they all still are classified. Trump had to start the process while POTUS in order to set the process in motion. He didn't.

And Trump knew he didn't. Which is why, on tape, he admits the docs were still classified, and while he had the ability to declassify as POTUS, he didn't.
