Trump would likely just not even bother with a VP, like a platform. But he does need a beard. He also has the religious right in the bag, don’t need a Pence to assure everyone Trump isn’t a demon. And this demo also doesn’t require a woman, they are fine with “acceptable” patriarchy. Just not overt hostility like Trump exudes.

But if they go all in and go with a woman seems to me that Stefanik and Noem are the ones who have been desperately flailing arms for a few years now. Neither have already been outed as willing to break any law to keep Trump in office but they have signaled they are willing to follow any order from the HOH. Both are also as deep as you can get into the culture wars. Noem seemed to be playing the long game vetoing the trans ban bill but immediately issuing EO’s to try to have it both ways. Stefanik has demonstrated that she will do exactly as told by morphing into a lunatic overnight. No core values holding her back, including knowing her place is in the kitchen, and stealing elections in the Senate.

Just really just need a hand-waver that is programmable via text and has an opposite sex spouse and kids. Stefanik only has the one kid (uh oh.) Noem has most of a basketball team.

But this could easily be just another bland dude like Pence that won’t do inconvenient things like check with his lawyers before breaking laws. Less emphasis on praying, more emphasis on taking pictures with the wife and kids all laughing like hyenas because they are thrilled at the structure they have been blessed with in life.

This, along with Fox's "hey it's just entertainment" defense, Sidney Powell's "no rational person would take what I said as fact" defense, Trump's repeated claims he was finally going to really produce the evidence of election fraud, this time for sure ... and others ... you'd think his supporters would eventually catch on.
