It would behoove Ukraine if zelensky announced on the Russian frequency that all Russian troops stop hostilities and they will be allowed to withdraw into historic borders of Russia- can take small arms and trucks but leave tanks and arty.
If Wagner and Russian forces engage in serious combat around Moscow it would seem there would be opportunity for Ukraine to advance the counteroffensive.
