A document that should have not be in his possession once his status changed from being that of POTUS to ex-POTUS and even if the legalities would have been different if he did so when he was POTUS he still would have been grossly irresponsible.

Uh, no. Innocent until proven guilty is the law. Hunter is indeed a convict, pleading guilty to tax fraud. Trump hasn’t been convicted of anything.
