Today is one of three scheduled decision days left in this session with a lot of hot button opinions still due to be delivered. Obviously, we have no idea when the court will issues which decisions. They could extend the term, although that is highly unusual. They can do anything they want, as they have shown. But fireworks are likely at 10am.

Have not read yet although I've read the background briefing, at least a limited part of it. And listened to a lot of podcasts on this. No way to judge it without further detailed analysis by people more knowledgeable

And it looks like that's it. The decisions most palatable to the other side appear to be releasing first. Could be coincidence, but I don't think so. Sets up a more favorable media environment for what's coming. Would love to be wrong; I acknowledge that I'm totally cynical.
It's galling that clowns like Thomas and Alito make "errors" when it comes to their disclosures on lavish (and corrupt) trips they're taking with billionaires and then vote to foreclose any sort of remedy to people who are LEGALLY INNOCENT and stuck in prison. Hypocrites of the highest order.
