staff not entertaining trolls from kids anymore. Jones and Dealyn Evans thought they could get away with stringing the staff along but this aint years past. We’re not desperate anymore

I'm going to make a bold prediction and say that this UF class with fill finish with a #4 ranking behind #1 Bama, #2 UGA and #3 OSU. But if Smith flips to the Gators, all bets are off.

Maybe we should offer him to be a walk on if he wants to come...lol.

I am completely OK with a top 4 class. I believe the difference in players in the top five are minimal.

Imagine how much better of a coach kirby would appear to be if all his recruits didn’t jump 100 spots the second they commit

Even if being a preferred walk on was a problem for a high end player, moving someone else to preferred walk on still doesn’t alleviate any of the problem of a super crowded linebacker core. I would get the feeling that someone would want to move somewhere where they had a better shot at playing time.

What a nice problem to have. We are becoming able to turn recruits away now.

I personally want us to stockpile and two deep that if we did have to go to our second stringers due to injury or poor play from a starter, there isn't a drop off. The WR core that we had to use vs FSU last season is something I never want to experience again lol

I wonder what our class rank would be If on 3 did not have Waller ranked as a 3 star and the 43rd rated edge. Ludacris

I'll say more of the 6-10 range. I know Bama, Clemson, Texas are lurking out there and will move up as the season goes on but tbh, it FEELS different this year. Not because of the run we just had, but the interest we have in remaining top targets we're after feels more like we're IN it for them than a hat on the table.

Saw an interview on high top sports with Myles Graham that Smith is all OSU. He did say that UF had a better chance of getting Colin Simmons. Really impressive interview and young man.

We have to keep an eye on Bama. They only have something like 8 commits so far. We all know that Saban will get his.

Actually saw one of their 24 commits reclassified to this year, so it's one fewer

I'd be fine with that but hope we're no lower than 7th or 8th.
