If this is true, Biden shouldn't be allowed to run out the clock and get away with it completely. The Republican House should bring impeachment proceedings immediately, compile the evidence, impeach him, and fast track the removal trial in the Senate. Even if the Senate doesn't do its job, the American people will get to see the evidence. Why wouldn't the Republicans want that?

I don't know how the process works exactly, but they're speaking as if the allegations are facts at this point. I thought they already have the laptop, witnesses, and other evidence. If anything, wouldn't filing articles of impeachment give the House even more investigative tools rather than fewer? If the DOJ and FBI have been in on the coverup, seems like impeachment would be the best way for the voters to hear the evidence as soon as possible. Also, waiting until after the election to deal with the DOJ and FBI seems particularly risky given that Biden could win a second term.
As a point of information Hunter is a Yale law graduate who happens to be knowledgeable in corporate governance. He was also a partner in a venture capital firm. As previously noted Hunter's transactions were thoroughly investigated by David Weiss, the US Attorney for Delaware appointed by Trump and his staff.

Hunter Biden, criminally charged, could face probation. Roger Stone, top guy to Donald Trump, skates free on that.
