The people that feel attacked when people mention the KKK really are telling on themselves

You taking news articles about racists personally seems to be a pattern as well.

    Did I do it right?

100% correct Orange and Bluke and yet whites are told not to worry at all. They would never be discriminated against and persecutive. There are several on this board who I think would love to put all whites in prison or labor camps if they could. It's downright scary.

So basically KKK members make the news for acting like hateful scumbags to other people, and instead of being angry at them for being hateful idiots, you get mad at the person who posted the news article. Makes total sense.

It's really bizarre. He thinks that an attack the KKK is an attack on all white people. But then when someone starts a thread about liberal white people behaving badly he doesn't react that way.

If posting anti-cop articles means a person got beat down by white frat dudes, then what does it mean when a person defends KKK members?:emoji_thinking:

The victim in this situation was a white man. If I wanted to vilify white men, wouldnt it make sense to post a story with a non-white victim?

Reminded me of this decision last month from the Florida Third District Court of Appel. Amazing that this claim for defamation and appeal were brought. In fairness, no big time attorneys signed on to this claim, the lawsuit was dismissed and the appeal upheld the dismissal.

But still, amazing that the plaintiff felt "defamed" by the media given the undisputed facts, in which they characterized her as making a "racist tirade", just because she called, well, you can read it :

The Appellant marketed her unit at 448 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, with online short-term rental companies (e.g., Booking.com, AirBnB). A potential renter, Ms. Brown, a Black woman, sought to rent the unit from the Appellant through Booking.com. As set forth in the complaint, the Appellant accused Ms. Brown of engaging in credit card fraud, and confronted her on the WhatsApp social media site. The conversation devolved into name-calling, and the Appellant used various racist slurs against Ms. Brown, and over time sent emails and voicemails to Ms. Brown containing racist slurs, photos, and accusations. Ms. Brown subsequently posted on her Facebook page these interactions with the Appellant, including screenshots of the WhatsApp conversations between herself and the Appellant. Following Ms. Brown’s Facebook postings about the Appellant’s behavior, the Miami New Times interviewed the Appellant, in which she admitted to making the slurs. The Appellant’s unchallenged statements to the Miami New Times included admitting to calling Ms. Brown a “monkey,” claiming “being racist is not illegal,” and stating that “we have freedom of speech. If I want to call somebody a monkey, I should be able to say that.” The story was picked up by other media companies. In June 2019, Black Entertainment Television, LLC (“BET”) published an article detailing the Appellant’s statements and behavior towards Ms. Brown, and indicated that Booking.com had rescinded its ad for the Appellant’s property based on its stated intolerance of discrimination. BET’s article characterized the Appellant’s online confrontation with Ms. Brown as a “racist tirade.” Other media outlets2 (collectively, “Appellees”), took up the story and published similar articles about the dispute.

The articles published by the Appellees included screenshots of the Appellant’s racist text messages, photos, and sound clips, in which the Appellant repeatedly called Ms. Brown the n-word.

The Appellant contended in her pro se responses to Appellees’ motions to dismiss that “hurling a racial insult is not a guarantee that one actually harbors ideological racism,” and that “while inexcusable, this is no clear proof” that Appellant is a racist.

So are black kids who beat up white kids half their size in school. Yet this thread wasn't locked and those black kids get a get out of jail free card from our government. And no condemnation of those kids on this forum, that's for sure.

Yet another uneducated race baiting, cop hating thread. Police did their jobs here. Watch the video. The police berate the two individuals in question. They take the gun and proceed to empty the chamber. They then ask for video evidence of what occurred. When they watched the video, they see what we all here see which is a person who pulled a gun but did not point it at anybody. That's not a crime in that situation as the gay dude was obviously taunting, threatening, lunging and not attempting to de-escalate at all. At one point gay dude engaged in a physical altercation with the suspect in question. Being in the KKK is a very poor, uneducated life decision, but it's not a crime in of itself. What is the criminal statute the two men were to be arrested for? One of them just stood there and listened. In no jurisdiction would an arrest hold up in court for this scenario. In my assessment, the police did all they could under the law and deserve some credit for de-escalating the situation, while going out of their way to make it clear who's back they had by ripping the KKK dude to shreds verbally.

In a single post you a) accuse a person of having hate in their heart b) suggest another person doesn't dance well and c) suggest that the first person got beat up many times. Now who has hate in their heart, bluke?
