Hard to think we have even a punchers chance against that competition. Eventually we'll start winning those battles. Just don't think we're in their league just yet.
FTR, I saw a post elsewhere stating that Rivals was updating soon and that Graham is going to get a fifth star. Whether or not he's a consensus 5-star though is a different story altogether. And for what it's worth, BSPN tabbed Hayes a 5 star early on, which is an outlier too I suppose. It seems that the "consensus 5-star" factor was added to the equation for the purpose of throwing a bucket of cold water on the suggestion that some of our posters are way overboard on the hand wringing and the gnashing of teeth. I can't help but wonder if the naysayers ever go to the trouble of determining and sharing how many non-consensus 5-star guys our adversaries land - along with the dismissive tone we hear from some on this board being applied to our non-consensus 5s. Somehow, I kinda doubt it.
Nah, I didn't even think that far into it, just didn't think strange would rain on my parade. But this is GC, we can't ever have anything nice I suppose.
We aren’t but money talks. We have some of the top guys for next year already. How many can we afford I’d the question. A&M bought the top class so it can be done with not very good results on the field.
