Here is the reason why women don't want to speak out: Penn Swimmers Cannot Express Opinions on Lia Thomas; Athletes Shut Down By School “Whenever the swimmers have expressed any discomfort or any second thoughts or want to talk about it with leaders at Penn or with their coaches, they are shut down right away. There’s no room for them to say anything. They have been told that if they speak out, they will never get a job again, that corporate America will Google their name and say, ‘Transphobe, we don’t want that.’ They’ve been told that they can’t do anything,” Hogshead-Makar said.
You have run around this thread/board posting snarky gifs and tossing insults. You then insulted me by saying I think women should be in the kitchen, "dinner at 6" or whatever... blah blah blah, and all I did was call you on it and now you play the victim. *Sigh*
You would hear from them if it affected them causing them harm, but most likely they understand there’s no threat that dozens or hundreds of cisgender boys are going to suddenly decide to join girls sports teams. It’s a non-issue.
If UPenn attempted to silence their athletes and students (likely). I hope they are able to sue the mess out of that school for what they did...
^^^ You can tell he's making it up as he goes along and it's a disingenuous argument from the get go. A biological male has no place competing in women's sports, period.
I think the point is, the issue is so rare there are only a handful of women that could even claim to be “victimized”. It’s ludicrous that’s its even top of mind. Yet, it’s one of the biggest issues on the right. I think when we are talking elite level (like NCAA or above) it can raise questions. That swimmer was a bit ridiculous because she competed as a male at an NCAA level, then only had to sit 1 year before competing as a female. It’s easy to see a woman finishing 2nd or 3rd going “wait a minute”. But it’s up to the sports bodies to figure out, not govt. Maybe it needed to be 5 years waiting period, plus more standards about hormones. Maybe no wait erases the advantage. Who knows, I have an open mind. For recreational sports or young children it’s mental illness to even worry about it, let alone have it so high on the radar they accuse some random 9 year girl of being a tranny because of her tomboy haircut. Some parents are out of control in youth sports, this just ads crazy political layer to it.
So, not only is it wrong or bigoted to think the way we do, we also have to prioritize our issues to your liking as well?
My son was a 3x All American in track at MIT. The only time he got close to being beat by a girl was by a sorority girl, not a track girl.
Sorry but LOL "top of mind"! You must be in on the focus groups the biden administration uses after watching the press secretary. This issue is being pushed by the left not the right. The right is trying to protect kids from the issue. As you said correctly...it is ridiculous a male was competing against women in the NCAA. It is arguably more ridiculous to push a young child to even consider they are the gender they are not. Using an idiot old guy yelling at a 9 year old and trying to equate that to what the right is trying to protect is the height of being ignorant on the subject. If you think we should be promoting 9 year olds to be something they are not...they need to be protected from you. An idiot at a track meet yelling vulgar ignorant remarks at a child is just as bad as leading a young child to think they are a boy when they are a girl or a leading a young child to thing they are a girl when they are a boy. The good news is that very few parents are inflicting this kind of mental trauma on their children.

Aw what’s the matter? You mad because your gerbil died? Get over it because I’m weary of your whiny little incel laden posts.
