The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

The confidential source further detailed that conversation, suggesting to the Burisma executive that he "pay the Bidens $50,000 each," to which the Burisma executive replied, it is "not $50,000," it is "$5 million."

"$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden," the Burisma executive told the confidential human source, according to a source familiar with the document.

Fox News Digital has learned that the confidential human source has been used by the FBI as a regular, reliable source of information since 2010 and has been paid approximately $200,000 by the bureau.

Joe Biden allegedly paid $5M by Burisma executive as part of a bribery scheme, according to FBI document

Grassley: Burisma executive who allegedly paid Biden has audio recordings of conversations with Joe, Hunter

Grassley said the FD-1023 has a redacted reference that the Burisma executive possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between himself and Hunter Biden.

According to Grassley, the FD-1023 also states that the executive possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between himself and then-Vice President Joe Biden.

Is this the first step for the Dems disqualifying Biden from running in 2024?

Is the Garland indictment supposed to act as a distraction?

    Malarkey you say

Keep this in mind regarding the FD-1023.
As many of you know, the FD-1023 is the form our special agents use to record raw, unverified reporting from confidential human sources (CHSs). FD-1023s merely document that information; they do not reflect the conclusions of investigators based on a fuller context or understanding. Recording this information does not validate it, establish its credibility, or weigh it against other information known or developed by the FBI in our investigations.
Message from the FBI on the FD-1023 Request from Congress

Using an analogy the information on a single FD-1023 is the equivalent of the information in the Steele Dossier. At it's best it's raw unverified information. Until it's verified it should not be considered credible intelligence. Also keep in mind that Christopher Steele was a well respected former MI6 agent. Steele's background still didn't make raw intelligence in the dossier credible in the absolute sense.

    :devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil:

Is the informant missing or was that another of the great revelation cases? Durham or some other nonsense.

Good thing is a Trump appointee is handling the investigation, right? Unless it was another one of his bad hires.

if they find evidence, cool, indict them. See, that was so easy a caveman could do it.

Now, has anyone actually heard these said recordings and validated them? Or did a friend of a friends ex wife tell him.

Joe Biden should be prosecuted for any illegal thing he's done. If this proves to be illegal, indict him.

Let’s see the receipts. Amazing how they never seem to have them when it comes down to it.

These allegations came up during the Trump administration I believe, and Attorney General, Bill Barr, decided not to do anything about it. I wonder why.

Interesting. If the informant has the wire transfers, recordings, etc… what’s stopping them since 6/30/2020? It’s been 3 years, including 6 months under Trump’s DOJ.

If there is actionable information, then have at Biden. But it seems highly unlikely that Joe Biden could come up with an extra $5 million and it not be obvious. He isn’t an extremely rich man.

The whistleblower information likely cannot be substantiated. No smoking gun or DNA. It may remain an open file.

"According to a report from NBC News, the FBI and a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney reviewed the allegations against the Biden family when they were first made in 2020. However, law enforcement officials found the claims to be unsubstantiated."

Hmmmm ... last time was 2020 ... now they are bringing it back just in time for the next election cycle... how predictable.

The hope here is that if you can just say, "there are audio recordings" enough in the press while no one ever hears them that the dimwits will believe it.
