Is Biden senile or a criminal mastermind? I can’t keep up.

It’s whatever is convenient in the moment.

Which is what you can say for most of the ill defined “principles” the American right wing takes stands over.

You read the Trump indictment and yet reach this conclusion.

It really doesn't take a criminal mastermind to have your Justice Department who already hates Trump to go after Trump.

I have always thought this was a big driver in mass rationalizations and excuse making. I appreciate it when anyone admits to a mistake. At this point, many are beyond the point of no return. They have been duped. They have been conned. To admit as much, that would be way too much for many to handle. Mentally. 7 years of your life have been a lie. Look what else you've done. We've let extremists take over our party. How does one admit to that?

I'm not sure Trump or Biden are competent enough to stand trial.

Or, it seems, our Country’s confidential highly sensitive documents …

The FBI has all the documents stored at Biden's Office. And his garage too, as Biden agreed to have a complete search of all areas where docs might be stored. If these docs were top secret stuff that the Chinese could use and pay for, we'll know when the investigation into Biden is done. Just don't be shocked if the Biden case ends just like Pence. Small number of docs, nothing that is vital to national security, full cooperation, and in the end, no charges filed. It wouldn't shock me if we keep hearing all about how Biden is next, just like 2000 Mules proved Trump actually won, and the Durban Report was going to a bombshell resulting in multiple indictments and prison sentences!

And it's not that all Ds are lily clean and Rs are dirty. Corruption knows no letter in the front of the name. It's about the evidence. Trump took, hid, and lied about having documents of the highest sensitivity. Read the indictment. If the investigations into Biden show he has committed crimes of a similar nature, he deserves the same treatment.

Walt Nauta… will he fall on the proverbial sword or will he have a book deal of epic proportions? Maybe both? I suspect he has some stories to tell.

Don’t kill my joy! I demand the Max! I did hear Turley say one count alone is worth 25 years. Though it’s realistically a death sentence I hope we cryogenically freeze him and put him on a live cam till his sentence runs out. I’m vengeful like that!

Prosecuting Donald Trump could have a chilling effect on future presidents’ ability to break the law and brag about it on tape.

If Trump would agree to drop out and go live on an island somewhere with no communication or internet I’d be fine with that. Hell just stay at maralago but STFU.

My guess is that for now he will stand by his master. At some time in the future there is the real possibility that he will enter into a plea bargain in exchange for his testimony against Trump the terms of which would probably include a guilty plea to a misdemeanor, probation or a very short prison sentence and the retention of his military retirement and VA benefits.

Trump's PAC is paying for Nauta's attorney. Nauta should have cut his deal before now.

Seriously. Everyone knows that a mere 37 counts is really not enough to even bother with. Probably should have just looked the other way, seeing as it was Trump. LOL

Good point although there is always the possibility that like Cassidy Hutchinson Nauta will decide to ditch the Trump provided attorney and retain one who will actually represent his interests rather than that of Trump. I am aware that under the Code of Professional Responsibility an attorney's first duty is to his/her client even if a third party is paying his/her fees. In the real world it doesn't always work out that way a good example being the not uncommon situation in which a defendant lower down in the food chain in an organized family is represented by an attorney who fees are paid by the Don of the family (and yes the pun is intended).
